King Intervenes, Concerned Humans May Lose Control of Destiny

King Charles III has personally intervened to address growing concerns regarding the development of Artificial Intelligence. During a recent meeting, he requested that senior leaders of major technology giants discuss AI safety.

The British King acknowledged that while the advancements in AI are incredibly fascinating, they are simultaneously deeply concerning.

“Those of us in the world who value our humanity and its vital moral components hope that you can reassure us that we will not lose control over our destiny,” he stated, as reported by CNBC International.

King Charles III reportedly questioned meeting participants on how to prioritise the safe utilisation of AI power, while also advocating for the establishment of international cooperation and consensus on the matter.

Addressing the entrepreneurs present, Charles reminded them of the weight of their decision-making, noting that their actions will impact the future of technological progress.

“Therefore, the task before you is not merely to advance technology, but to ensure that technology can continue to serve humanity, society, and nature,” he explained.

Recently, several prominent technology executives have voiced concerns regarding the unstoppable momentum of AI development. Those who have spoken out include Sam Altman of OpenAI, Dario Amodei of Anthropic, DeepMind founder Demis Hassabis, and Elon Musk.

A similar debate is unfolding in the United States, where members of both the Democratic and Republican parties are supporting proposed regulations to control AI progress. However, US President Donald Trump has rejected the implementation of new regulations regarding AI.
