Kindaris Appointed as President Director of PNM
Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia — PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) has officially appointed a new president director. Kindaris has been selected to lead the company, which focuses on ultra-micro financing, replacing Arief Mulyadi.
The announcement was visible in a post from PNM’s official Instagram account on Sunday (11/5/2026). In the post, PNM extended congratulations to the new board of directors.
“Congratulations on taking on the new mandate to the PNM Board of Directors. May you always be granted smooth progress in carrying out your responsibilities, and continue to deliver contributions and the best steps in accompanying the Indonesian people’s struggles to grow and thrive,” wrote PNM’s management, quoted on Monday (11/5/2026).
Kindaris is an internal figure who has had a long career at PNM. He began his career from the Account Officer (AO) level in 2000 and then advanced through various strategic positions, such as Head of the Pekanbaru Branch, Branch Leader in Bandung, and EVP of ULaMM Business.
Since 2021, Kindaris has been entrusted to join the board of directors. Most recently, from 2025-2026, he was trusted as PNM’s Director of Business.
Additionally, Kindaris currently serves as the President Commissioner of PT Mitra Teknologi Madani.
Kindaris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Parahyangan Catholic University, Bandung, in 1991, and a Master’s degree in Management from Trisakti University, Jakarta, in 2004.
