Kia Inaugurates New Dealer in Surabaya

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Kia is once again reinforcing its expansion in Indonesia by inaugurating a new dealer named Kia Spazio Tower. The presence of this facility is part of the company’s strategy to expand its network in East Java.

The dealer, managed by Kia Azimut Group, is located in the Surabaya West area, specifically at Jl. Mayjend. Jonosewojo Kav.3, Pradahkal, Graha Famili, Surabaya West.

Kia Spazio Tower stands on an area of 199 square metres with a semi-outdoor and indoor concept to provide a more comfortable vehicle exploration experience for customers.

“The opening of Kia Spazio Tower is part of our long-term commitment to grow closer to Indonesian consumers, especially in Surabaya and East Java, which have tremendous potential for Kia’s future growth,” said Jong Sung Park, in an official statement (12/5/2026).

“We want to ensure that customers experience comfort and full access to the Kia ownership experience in a more accessible manner, from the purchasing process to aftersales services,” he added.

This step is also in line with Kia’s repositioning strategy in Indonesia, which focuses on improving the accessibility of products and services for consumers.

As a dealer with integrated services, Kia Spazio Tower is equipped with various facilities such as a showroom area, customer lounge, dealing area, reception area, and test drive area.

“Surabaya is one of the regions with continuously growing vehicle needs, especially in the SUV and MPV segments,” said Rudy.
