Keyboard great Wakeman to perform in Jakarta

Rick Wakeman, former keyboard player of the English classic rock band Yes, will hold a concert at the Jakarta Convention Center on Thursday, beginning at 8 p.m.

Wakeman will be accompanied by The English Rock Ensemble in a concert which is dubbed "the most inspiring legend of progressive rock concert in the world".

Joining Yes in the early 1970s, the British musician played a key role in shaping the group's fourth record, Fragile.

But Wakeman is also a successful solo musician, with dozens of albums and musical scores for movies.
