Jakarta (ANTARA) – Details of the key features of the successor to the REDMI Pad 2 4G, released in June 2025, have emerged, suggesting Xiaomi sub-brand REDMI is preparing to launch the REDMI Pad 3 4G tablet.

The REDMI Pad 3 4G, model number 26104RPF2G, has reportedly received approval from Taiwan’s National Communications Commission (NCC) and Thailand’s National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC), according to Gizmochina on Sunday (18 October).

The NBTC confirmed the device’s name as REDMI Pad 3 but did not provide specific details of its specifications.

The NCC listing shows the tablet will be available in three memory configurations: 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, 6GB/128GB, and 8GB/256GB. It will also support memory expansion of up to 2TB via microSD.

A TUV Rheinland listing also notes that a 15W MDY-18-EJ charger will be included in the box, with a separate 33W MDY-16-EH adapter available.

The REDMI tablet, model number 26104RPF2G, supports 4G network connectivity with VoLTE, Bluetooth and dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4GHz and 5GHz), but does not support Wi-Fi 6E.

The tablet has an IP52 rating for protection against dust and water splashes.

The United Arab Emirates’ Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA) has approved a REDMI Pad 3 device with model number 2610FRP38G.

That model number differs from the one approved by the NBTC and NCC. The device may be a REDMI Pad 3 variant supporting 5G network connectivity.
