Kerry Adrianto Sentenced to 15 Years' Imprisonment and Ordered to Pay Rp2.9 Trillion in Restitution

A defendant in an alleged crude oil and refinery product mismanagement corruption case at PT Pertamina, Muhamad Kerry Adrianto Riza, attended the verdict hearing at the Jakarta Corruption Court on Friday 27 February 2026 at dawn.

The judges’ panel sentenced the beneficial owner of PT Navigator Khatulistiwa and son of Riza Chalid, Muhamad Kerry Adrianto Riza, to 15 years’ imprisonment and a fine of Rp1 billion, with a subsidiary sentence of 190 days’ imprisonment. The court additionally imposed an order to pay restitution of Rp2,905,420,003,854 with a subsidiary sentence of 5 years’ imprisonment. The panel also sentenced Dimas Werhaspati, Commissioner of PT Jenggala Maritim Nusantara (JMN), and Gading Ramadhan Joedo, Commissioner of PT Pelayaran Mahameru Kencana Abadi (PMKA), to 13 years’ imprisonment and fines of Rp1 billion each, with subsidiary sentences of 190 days’ imprisonment.
