A defendant in an alleged crude oil and refinery product mismanagement corruption case at PT Pertamina, Muhamad Kerry Adrianto Riza, attended the verdict hearing at the Jakarta Corruption Court on Friday 27 February 2026 at dawn.

The panel also sentenced Dimas Werhaspati, Commissioner of PT Jenggala Maritim Nusantara (JMN), and Gading Ramadhan Joedo, Commissioner of PT Pelayaran Mahameru Kencana Abadi (PMKA), to 13 years’ imprisonment and fines of Rp1 billion each, with subsidiary sentences of 190 days’ imprisonment.
