Kerry Adrianto sentenced to 15 years' imprisonment

Defendant in the alleged corruption case involving crude oil and refined product management at PT Pertamina, Muhamad Kerry Adrianto Riza, attended the verdict reading at the Corruption Court (Pengadilan Tipikor) in Central Jakarta on Friday, 27 February 2026. The judicial panel sentenced the beneficial owner of PT Navigator Khatulistiwa and son of Riza Chalid, Muhamad Kerry Adrianto Riza, to 15 years’ imprisonment and a fine of Rp1 billion with a subsidiary sentence of 190 days’ detention, as well as an additional penalty requiring payment of replacement funds totalling Rp2.905 trillion (with a subsidiary sentence of 5 years). Commissioners of PT Jenggala Maritim Nusantara (JMN) Dimas Werhaspati and PT Pelayaran Mahameru Kencana Abadi (PMKA) Gading Ramadhan Joedo were each sentenced to 13 years’ imprisonment and a fine of Rp1 billion with a subsidiary sentence of 190 days’ detention.
