The Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) has opened the THR 2026 Post Desk for the provision of THR (Religious Holiday Allowance) and BHR (Religious Holiday Bonus) for 2026. The aim of the service is to ensure workers’ rights to THR and BHR are fulfilled ahead of Eid al-Fitr 1447 H.

According to the Kemnaker website, this is the THR 2026 Post Desk location:

  • Location: Integrated One-Stop Service (PTSA) Kemnaker, Building B, 1st Floor, South Jakarta

2 Types of Services at the THR 2026 Post Desk:

The THR 2026 Post Desk provides two main services: consultation and complaint. Here is the explanation.

  1. Consultation Service
  • Opened since 2 March 2026.

  • Serves questions regarding THR and BHR rights, from eligibility of recipients, calculation methods, to issues arising in special conditions such as termination of employment (PHK).

  1. Complaint Service
  • Activated on the ‘D-7’ before Eid al-Fitr, in line with government-set deadline for THR payments.

  • Operating hours: Every day (including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) from 08:00 to 15:00 WIB.

  • Through this service, workers can report various THR payment issues, such as THR not paid or paid in instalments.

  • Each incoming complaint will be immediately followed up by the labour inspectors on duty at the post daily. With this mechanism, Kemnaker ensures every worker’s report receives a rapid response and appropriate handling in accordance with the regulations.

Online Services:

If you cannot attend in person, Kemnaker also provides online access to consultation and complaint services via:

  • Website poskothr.kemnaker.go.id

  • WhatsApp Chat service at number 081280001112

This ease of access aims to enable all workers to use the THR 2026 Post Desk services without needing to attend in person.

“THR and BHR are workers’ rights that must be fulfilled. We will not hesitate to sanction employers who disregard this obligation. The state is present to ensure every worker can celebrate the festive season with peace of mind and joy with their families,” said the Minister of Manpower (Menaker) Yassierli.
