Kemnaker's MagangHub Batch 4 Opens July 2026, Participants to Receive UMP-Equivalent Allowance, Here's How to Register

The Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) is set to open the fourth batch of its MagangHub programme in July 2026, offering 150,000 placements for recent graduates. MagangHub is the ministry’s official internship platform designed for fresh graduates who completed their studies no more than one year prior to registration. Participants will be placed with partner companies and industries, gaining direct work experience, mentorship, skills development, and periodic evaluation reports, along with an allowance set at the provincial minimum wage (UMP) level. Secretary General of Kemnaker, Cris Kustandi, stated that the financing proposal is currently being processed at the State Secretariat, with registration expected to commence in July as planned. Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs, Airlangga Hartarto, confirmed that the government has prepared a budget of Rp4.14 trillion for the programme. To be eligible, applicants must be Indonesian citizens, hold a D3, D4, or bachelor’s degree from a registered higher education institution, have graduated within the last year, and possess an active SIAPKerja account. Registration will be conducted online via the official MagangHub website, requiring login with SIAPKerja credentials and completion of the selection process.
