Kemendes urges professional assistants to complete 2026 village fund realisation reports

Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Ministry of Villages and Development of Disadvantaged Regions (Kemendes PDT) has asked all professional assistants (TPP) in the regions to promptly complete and upload reports on the realisation of village fund usage for 2026.

“We ask our colleagues in the regions, especially TPP colleagues, to promptly complete the reports related to the use of village funds,” said Fauzan, a representative of the Centre for Community Empowerment Development of Villages and Disadvantaged Regions (P3MD) at BPSDM Kemendes PDT.

He made the statement during an online socialisation event for the Village Fund Monitoring and Evaluation Application (MonevDD) and Village Fund Utilisation Data Collection, monitored in Jakarta on Wednesday.

Fauzan said that reports related to village fund realisation can be uploaded by professional assistants through the Village Fund Monitoring and Evaluation application.

According to Fauzan, TPP need to promptly upload the realisation of 2026 village fund usage so that the government can more easily monitor the use of the budget.

Complete reporting, he continued, will make it easier for the government to track the progress of village fund realisation in the regions.

He added that the government understands that the report upload process still faces a number of obstacles for TPP in the regions. However, Kemendes PDT continues to work on improving the application so that reporting can run more smoothly and the uploaded data can be received directly by the central government.

“We are also making every effort to improve these applications so that it is easier for colleagues, and what is uploaded goes directly to us,” he said.
