Kemayoran Indah Golf Revitalisation Set to Become Regional Economic Engine

The Kemayoran Complex Management Centre (PPK Kemayoran) is continuing to push for the optimisation of state assets through the revitalisation of Kemayoran Indah Golf as part of a regional development strategy and an increase in Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP). As a Public Service Agency (BLU) under the Ministry of State Secretariat, PPK Kemayoran is targeting the management of state assets in the Kemayoran area to provide added economic value while supporting sustainable regional development. PPK Kemayoran President Director Teddy Robinson Siahaan stated that the revitalisation of Kemayoran Indah Golf is part of a broader area transformation to strengthen Kemayoran’s role as a new economic growth centre in Jakarta. ‘As the area manager, PPK Kemayoran has the responsibility to ensure that every state asset under our management provides optimal benefits for the community and the state. This revitalisation is part of a sustainable area transformation to realise Kemayoran as an increasingly lively, modern, and highly competitive area,’ Teddy said in a statement received on Wednesday (10/6/2026). Since December 2025, PPK Kemayoran has been collaborating with PT Accola Hotel Indonesia in the management of Golf Bandar Kemayoran, which has now been transformed into Kemayoran Indah Golf. The measure was taken to improve service quality, strengthen the area’s attractiveness, and optimise the utilisation of state assets. According to Teddy, the development of the Kemayoran area over recent years has been carried out through various programmes, ranging from infrastructure improvements, development of public open spaces, environmental management, and sports areas, to the strengthening of an integrated business and residential ecosystem. In line with the vision of making Kemayoran an inclusive and sustainable business district, the revitalisation of Kemayoran Indah Golf is expected to become a catalyst for the growth of new economic activities while increasing the area’s value. The development concept adopts a mixed-use development approach that integrates residential, sports, business, green open space, and recreational functions within a single interconnected area.
