Kemayoran Complex Management Optimises State Assets for Public Benefit
Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Kemayorran Complex Management Centre (PPK Kemayoran), a Public Service Agency (BLU) under the Ministry of State Secretariat, is striving to improve the quality of the area, optimise state assets, and provide added value for both the community and the state.
One such effort is being realised through a management partnership for the Bandar Kemayoran Golf with PT Accola Hotel Indonesia, which commenced in December 2025. Alongside this partnership, the Bandar Kemayoran Golf is undergoing a transformation into Kemayoran Indah Golf.
Speaking in Jakarta on Wednesday, the President Director of PPK Kemayoran, Teddy Robinson Siahaan, stated that the revitalisation of Kemayoran Indah Golf is not merely about managing a golf course, but is part of a larger master plan for the comprehensive development of the Kemayoran area.
“As the area manager, PPK Kemayoran has a responsibility to ensure that every state asset under our management can provide optimal benefits, both for the public and the state,” he said.
Teddy noted that the revitalisation is part of a sustainable area transformation to realise Kemayoran as a more vibrant, modern, and highly competitive district.
This transformation is also part of an effort to revitalise assets while maximising Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) from the utilisation of state assets.
According to Teddy, over the past few years, PPK Kemayoran has continued to implement various improvements, ranging from the development of public open spaces and infrastructure quality enhancement to environmental management, sports area development, and the strengthening of an integrated business and residential ecosystem.
In line with PPK Kemayoran’s vision to establish Kemayoran as an inclusive and sustainable business district, the revitalisation of Kemayoran Indah Golf is expected to act as a catalyst for new economic activities while simultaneously improving the quality of the area’s environment.
As is well known, several modern urban areas globally and within Indonesia are currently developing using a mixed-use development concept that integrates residential, sports, business, green open space, and recreational functions within a single interconnected area.
A similar concept is the future direction for Kemayoran’s development, ensuring the area serves not only as an economic hub but also as a comfortable and attractive living space for the community.
Furthermore, Teddy stated that the revitalisation does not focus solely on developing golf facilities but is part of a long-term vision to strengthen Kemayoran’s role as an integrated strategic area.
Meanwhile, the President Director of PT Accola Hotel Indonesia, Haryadi, stated that through the ongoing revitalisation, Kemayoran Indah Golf is expected to evolve into part of a sport tourism ecosystem, a lifestyle destination, and a community activity centre that enhances Kemayoran’s appeal as a strategic area in Jakarta.
“To support the implementation of this revitalisation, the operations of Kemayoran Indah Golf will be temporarily closed until the end of 2027. This temporary closure is necessary to provide space for the construction process, facility upgrades, and operational restructuring to ensure everything runs optimally according to the established development plan,” said Haryadi.
He believes that this transformation will introduce international-standard golf facilities equipped with various modern supporting amenities, allowing Kemayoran Indah Golf to develop into a premier sports, recreation, and lifestyle destination that provides added value to the Kemayoran area and the wider public.
