'Keep Going, Keep Impacting' Echoes During PLN Icon Plus 26th Anniversary Celebration
The President Director of PLN Icon Plus, Chipta Perdana, has urged all PLN Icon Plus personnel not to become complacent. He emphasised that the spirit of ‘Keep Going, Keep Impacting’ serves as a driver to remain relevant amidst rapid global changes.
“‘Keep Going, Keep Impacting’ is not just about moving forward, but about how every step delivers an impact. We must continue to move, adapt, and dare to seize new opportunities. What we do must produce tangible benefits for our customers, the PLN Group, and society,” Chipta stated in a written release on Tuesday (6/10/20226).
These remarks were made during the thanksgiving ceremony for the 26th anniversary of PLN Icon Plus in Jakarta. Simultaneously, a similar sense of togetherness was felt across all PLN Icon Plus branch offices throughout Indonesia via virtual platforms.
According to Chipta, twenty-six years is not a short period. Since its establishment in 2000, the company, which initially focused on electricity-based telecommunications networks, has undergone a significant transformation. From being merely an infrastructure provider, PLN Icon Plus now stands as a key player in the digital space and the green ecosystem in Indonesia.
In this year’s celebration, the company presented an interactive area titled ‘Ruang Tumbuh’ (Growth Space). This area served as both a ‘time tunnel’ and a space for contemplation for PLN Icon Plus employees.
Through the ‘Pohon Harapan’ (Tree of Hope), employees attached their aspirations and prayers for the company. At the ESG Corner, the company’s track record of environmental and social responsibility was prominently displayed. Meanwhile, through the ‘Telephone to the Future’ and a Photo Booth, memories and messages for the journey ahead were neatly preserved.
The President Commissioner of PLN Icon Plus, Syamsul Huda, emphasised the importance of maintaining the strong foundation that has been built. According to him, innovation and business growth must always go hand in hand with clean corporate governance.
“The 26-year journey shows that PLN Icon Plus possesses strong experience and a solid foundation. Moving forward, challenges will become increasingly dynamic. Therefore, performance must be maintained alongside good governance and integrity,” said Syamsul.
