Kebon Sirih Bus Stop towards Blok M Temporarily Closed Starting Today, Note the Times

The Kebon Sirih bus stop towards Blok M (southbound), in Central Jakarta, will be closed starting today, Friday (15/5/2026), until Monday (18/5/2026). The closure of the bus stop is due to road repairs that are part of the Jakarta MRT construction project. “The Kebon Sirih bus stop southbound (Blok M) will be temporarily closed on 15 May at 22:00 until 18 May 2026 at 05:00 WIB in connection with road repairs affected by the Jakarta MRT construction,” quoted from the official Instagram @infotije, Friday (15/5/2026). “During the work, TiJe friends can still use the Kebon Sirih bus stop towards the City,” the announcement continued. Transjakarta also encourages service users to download the TJ:Transjakarta application to facilitate travel and obtain the latest service information. “We apologise for the inconvenience experienced by customers. We urge customers to adjust their travel routes and follow the latest information through official Transjakarta channels,” said the Head of Public Relations and CSR Department of Transjakarta, Ayu Wardhani, quoted from Antara, Friday (15/5/2026). The MRT Phase 2A project is targeted to enter the testing phase in mid-2027. After that, the MRT route is targeted to start operating to Harmoni at the latest by the end of 2027.
