KDM's Message to RSHS Bandung After Nurse Reported to Police Over Baby Mix-Up Case
REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, BANDUNG – West Java Governor Dedi Mulyadi has weighed in on the case of a near baby mix-up at Hasan Sadikin Hospital (RSHS) in Bandung. He stated that the issue could diminish public trust in the hospital.
“From the authority perspective, RSHS falls under the Ministry of Health, but given its location in West Java and its significant contributions to public healthcare services in the province, the presence of such rogue elements will undoubtedly affect one aspect: public trust levels,” he said recently.
He described the near baby mix-up as the second incident, following a previous sexual harassment case with a doctor as the suspect. Moving forward, RSHS Bandung must be more selective.
“In the future, RSHS must be more selective and investigative as a necessity to ensure such events do not recur,” he said.
