KB Bank (BBKP) Allocates Rp 80 Billion in Credit for Citimall Dumai Development
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - PT Bank KB Indonesia Tbk (BBKP) has forged a financing partnership with PT Paramarta Rolas Jaya (PRJ), part of the NWP Property group, through a credit facility worth Rp 80 billion.
The financing is utilised to support the company’s strategic needs, including strengthening the group’s funding structure and working capital.
NWP Property is a joint venture developing commercial shopping centres between PT City Retail Developments Tbk and Warburg Pincus.
The financing facility supports the development and operations of Citimall Dumai, managed by Paramarta Rolas Jaya.
This modern shopping centre is deemed to contribute to economic activities and regional growth in Dumai.
The financing also reflects KB Bank’s support for the development of commercial assets with long-term prospects.
“We view this partnership not only as strengthening our collaboration with NWP Property but also as reflecting our confidence in the prospects of the commercial property sector as one of the drivers of economic growth,” said Widodo in a press statement on Wednesday (6/5/2026).
Meanwhile, the President Director of Paramarta Rolas Jaya, Teges Prita Soraya, stated that the financing facility represents ongoing cooperation between NWP Property and KB Bank.
“This facility embodies the ongoing cooperation between NWP Property and KB Bank, while also demonstrating the close synergy between the commercial real estate sector and the banking industry in Indonesia,” she said.
The company continues to expand its portfolio in line with urbanisation growth and domestic consumption.
More than just financing, the partnership is assured to open broader synergy opportunities, including potential collaborations on various development projects in the future.
