Referring to the letter by Mr. Tubara of Cipinang Cempedak, East Jakarta, in the Media Anda column of Media Indonesia on Jan. 18, 1995, entitled 'Pelayanan Kawanua City Hotel mengecewakan' (Kawanua City Hotel's Services Disappointing), we would like to express the following.

1. On behalf of the Management of Kawanua City Hotel, Manado, North Sulawesi, we would like to apologize for your unpleasant experience during your stay in our hotel from Dec. 29 to 31, 1994.

2. We appreciate your report and determination to stay at our hotel.
