JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – The listed workshop company specialising in vehicle undercarriages, PT Jantra Grupo Indonesia Tbk (KAQI), has set a new board of directors at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPSLB) held on Wednesday 20 May 2026. The company also confirmed its focus on expansion and digitalisation after recording growth in 2025. At the RUPSLB agenda, shareholders approved the honourable dismissal of Dodon Tri Koeswardana from the position of Director. As his replacement, the company appointed Simon Arosokhi Gulo as Director who also performs the function of Corporate Secretary until a definitive officer is appointed in accordance with applicable regulations. KAQI’s President Director Imam Sujono said Simon has experience in corporate secretary, corporate law, and the implementation of good corporate governance (GCG). “He possesses strong competencies in compliance, ISO 31000-based risk management, and stakeholder relationship management,” Imam said in a statement on Wednesday 20 May 2026. Thus, KAQI’s management structure is as follows. In addition to the management changes, shareholders also approved adjustments to the Indonesia Standard Industrial Classification (KBLI) in accordance with Statistics Indonesia Regulation No. 7 of 2025. The company emphasised that the adjustment is an administrative concordance with applicable provisions and does not change the company’s main business activities. Meanwhile, at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST), Imam said the 2025 financial year marks a strategic phase for the company, both in terms of operational strengthening, financial management, and preparation for an initial public offering (IPO). He noted that the main focus for 2026 includes strengthening human resources, digitalising operating systems and customer services, product diversification, and expansion of operating regions.
