Kampung Rambutan Terminal Provides Integrated Service Post Until 29 March
Jakarta (ANTARA) - Kampung Rambutan Terminal is providing an integrated service post for the 2026 Lebaran homecoming and return flows until Sunday (29/3). “So, the service post will continue until 29 March 2026. The first one is the service post, we are still assisted by the police, TNI, Satpol PP, and fire department. Then from the police, there are from National Police Headquarters, Metro Jaya Regional Police, East Jakarta Police Resort. Then Ciracas Police Sector and Terminal Kampung Rambutan Police Post,” said the Head of Kampung Rambutan Terminal, Revi Zulkarnain, in an interview at Kampung Rambutan Terminal, East Jakarta, on Wednesday. Revi mentioned that the TNI is deploying task units from the East Jakarta District Military Command, Pasar Rebo Military District Command, Detachment BKO Naval Military Police, and Army Military Police who are on standby at the terminal. “In addition, from the TNI, there are from the East Jakarta District Military Command. Then Pasar Rebo Military District Command and added from Detachment BKO Naval Military Police and Army Military Police, who are on standby at Kampung Rambutan Terminal,” he said. The deployment of apparatus in the terminal area, which is prepared from early morning until morning, according to Revi, functions as security guards to create a sense of security for passengers. “The aim is to create a sense of security for arriving passengers, because indeed upon arrival it is during early morning to morning hours,” he stated. Furthermore, the terminal side is also organising a health post as part of the integrated service post. That post has prepared medical personnel for passengers who experience illness or fatigue during the journey. “Then we have a health post, where we prepare a medical team, because if there are arriving passengers who are sick or fatigued, we assist with the medical team available at the terminal,” he explained. “It consists of the DKI Health Service, then the East Jakarta Health Sub-District Office, and East Jakarta Community Health Centre. Also preparing emergency ambulances, whatever is needed, we can refer to the nearest hospital like Pasar Rebo and it can also be taken to the Ciracas Sub-District Community Health Centre,” Revi continued.
