Kalbe Farma gets $100m loan
HONG KONG (Reuters): Indonesian pharmaceutical firm PT Kalbe
Farma has completed a US$100 million term loan facility, bankers
said.
The three-year loan was increased to US$100 million from the
original US$75 million, they said.
Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt.
The deal was arranged by ABN Amro Bank, Credit Lyonnais, DKB
Merchant Bank (Singapore), Industrial Bank of Japan's Singapore
branch and Tokyo-Mitsubishi International (Singapore).
