Kakorlantas Launches Safe Mudik Campaign: Safe Homecoming, Happy Family

Republika.co.id reports that Kakorlantas Polri Inspector General Agus Suryonugroho, S.H., M.Hum, launched the 2026 Ketupat Operation tagline ‘Mudik Aman, Keluarga Bahagia’ and introduced the safety-campaign song ‘Mudik Tertib Ojo Kesusu’ at Bank Mega Tower on Tuesday, 3 March 2026. The launch forms part of the police’s commitment to securing the flow of mudik and balik Lebaran during Operation Ketupat 2026. ‘Launching the tagline for Operation Ketupat is ’Mudik Aman, Keluarga Bahagia’. We also outlined the readiness of Operation Ketupat on toll roads, arterial roads, crossing points, places of worship, and tourist sites,’ said Kakorlantas. In addition, through the song ‘Mudik Tertib Ojo Kesusu’, the public are urged not to hurry and to observe traffic rules; travel safety is not only during departure but also return. ‘Depart safely, return safely. This is so that people can joyfully enjoy the journey, especially during the mudik. And concerns about crime are also a matter for us all,’ he said. The success of Operation Ketupat 2026 depends heavily on synergy among stakeholders. Through collaboration, the operation is expected to run safely, orderly, and smoothly. Attendees included Minister of Transport Dudy Purwagandhi; Jasa Marga President Director Muhammad Awaluddin; Jasa Raharja President Director Rivan Achmad Purwantono; CT Corp Chairman Chairul Tanjung; and Kakorlantas at the time. Also present were Senior Officials (PJU) of Korlantas Polri and Directors of Traffic (Dirlantas) Polda from across Indonesia as a sign of solid internal unity in supporting the agenda.
