KAI to Participate in Undip 2026 Job Fair, Offering Career Opportunities for Young Talents
Semarang (ANTARA) - PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) will participate in the Universitas Diponegoro Job Fair, scheduled for 15–16 April 2026 at the Muladi Dome Building, Universitas Diponegoro, Semarang. This event forms part of the company’s efforts to attract young talents to support the development of railway services.
KAI Vice President of Corporate Communication, Anne Purba, stated that KAI’s presence at the job fair will provide an opportunity for the younger generation to pursue careers in the railway industry.

At the event, KAI will open various positions for educational levels from D3 to D4/S1 across diverse backgrounds. Available formations include Conductor, Facility & Support Staff, Health & Safety Staff, Rollingstock & Infrastructure Maintenance, Corporate & Legal Audit, Human Capital & General Affairs, Finance & Safety, Information Technology, Business Development, Facility & Maintenance, Asset & Building, and Commercial Staff.
