KAI Opens Job Vacancies for Level Crossing Guards

PT KAI Properti is opening job vacancies for Level Crossing Guard Officers (PJL) through a Fixed-Term Employment Agreement (PKWT) scheme. Company Secretary of KAI Properti, Ramdhani Subagja, stated that registrations are open from 13 to 18 May 2026 via the link kaiproperti.id/career.

“KAI Properti invites talents who are ready to dedicate themselves and contribute to supporting the safety of train journeys to join this PJL recruitment,” he said in a written statement on Wednesday, 13 May 2026.

The qualifications required for this recruitment include males, minimum education of high school or equivalent with Package C, maximum age of 45 years, and physically and mentally healthy. Supporting documents to be included are a cover letter, passport photo with a red background, ID card, NPWP, latest Curriculum Vitae (CV), diploma and transcript of grades, Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK), health certificate and not colour-blind, as well as a drug-free certificate from a class A hospital or the National Narcotics Agency (BNN).

Successful candidates will be placed to support crossing guard operations in various company work areas. Ramdhani said this job requires readiness, meticulousness, and responsibility in carrying out field operations.

“PJL is one of the frontline guards who have a crucial role in supporting the safety of train journeys and road users at level crossings,” he stated.
