JAKARTA — KAI Logistics has reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening sustainable human resource (HR) management through the implementation of safe and inclusive workplace policies.

KAI Logistics’ Finance Director, Prihanto Herbowo, stated that the company views HR as the primary foundation for maintaining business sustainability.

“We believe that healthy, safe, skilled, and integrity-driven human resources are the main foundation of business sustainability,” Prihanto said in an official statement on Thursday (30/4/2026).

He explained that the company continues to promote policies that guarantee equality and safety for all employees.

One of the steps taken is the implementation of the Respectful Workplace Policy (RWP), which ensures that recruitment and career development processes run without discrimination.

In addition, employees also gain access to training tailored to the company’s business needs.

The company has also obtained SNI ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System certification as part of efforts to strengthen corporate governance.

On the digital transformation side, KAI Logistics is developing several systems to support HR management and operations, including the Human Capital System (HCS) and Rail Document System (RDS).

Furthermore, the company is integrating technologies such as Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Transportation Management System (TMS).

KAI Logistics received an award at the Indonesia Human Capital Awards 2026.

The company won in the category “The Best Human Capital 2026 for Ensuring Employee Safety through Respectful Workplace Policies” in the Logistics & Supply Chain Service Provider subcategory.

The Indonesia Human Capital Awards is an annual event that provides recognition for the strategic role of human capital in driving company competitiveness and national economic growth.
