PT Railink’s President Director, Porwanto Handry Nugroho, stated that throughout 2025, the company has completed 50 domestic railway industry projects. These works include overhead cranes, spare parts procurement, KRL seat fabric replacements, wheel press machine installations, and others.

“Developing the MOSS business is our commitment to not only being an operator but also a strategic partner in the development of the national railway industry,” said Porwanto in a written statement on Thursday, 16 April 2026. He stated that the company aims to provide reliable, efficient, and high-standard end-to-end solutions.

As the operator of airport trains in Medan and Yogyakarta, PT Railink has two main core businesses, namely passenger transport services and Maintenance, Operations, Spare Parts and Services (MOSS). PT Railink views business development as not only increasing the company’s added value but also supporting the increasingly complex and dynamic industry needs.

PT Railink, continued Porwanto, will focus on providing railway facility maintenance services based on high safety and reliability standards, efficient and quality spare parts supply chain provision and management, and developing additional services to improve performance and user experience of railway services. This step is in line with government efforts to encourage national transportation industry self-reliance as well as increasing the Domestic Component Level (TKDN).

“By strengthening capabilities in the supporting sector, we contribute to reducing dependence on external parties while increasing the competitiveness of the Indonesian railway industry at the global level,” he said.
