Jakarta - PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) has adjusted the LRT Jabodebek travel schedule during the morning peak hour starting Monday (15/6), as a measure to accommodate the high mobility of public transport users in the Jabodebek area. The adjustment was made by adding travel frequency on weekday mornings, providing schedule flexibility for LRT Jabodebek users in their daily mobility with greater comfort and efficiency. This adjustment was implemented following an evaluation of the Extraordinary Train trial that tested additional morning peak hour frequencies from Monday (8/6) to Friday (12/6).

LRT Jabodebek Manager of Public Relations, Radhitya Mardika, stated that the schedule adjustment represents a service adaptation to user mobility patterns that continue to evolve. “To improve the comfort of LRT Jabodebek users during the very crowded morning period, KAI has adjusted the LRT Jabodebek travel schedule by adding morning travel frequencies,” he said.
