Kadin offers Rp 1b bounty for bombers

DENPASAR, Bali: The Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin) is offering a Rp 1 billion reward to anyone who can provide information leading to the arrest of the perpetrators of the Bali bombings.

Kadin general chairman Aburizal Bakrie said on Friday the National Police chief has approved of the reward.

"The mechanisms of the reward will be discussed later with the police," he said.

Aburizal said he hoped that domestic and foreign investors would not consider Bali's security condition to be the national security standard. --Antara
