Just for Today, Transjakarta Ride Only Rp 12

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - PT Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) is implementing a special fare of Rp 12 to mark its 12th anniversary on Friday (27/3/2026). This policy applies for a full day, from 00:00 to 23:59 WIB. The special fare can only be used by customers paying via the TJ:Transjakarta app. “We are presenting this Rp 12 fare programme as a form of thanks to Transjakarta’s loyal customers,” said the Head of Public Relations and CSR Department of Transjakarta, Ayu Wardhani, in an official statement on Friday. Transjakarta encourages the public to download the app immediately to enjoy the Rp 12 fare. In addition, through the TJ:Transjakarta app, said Ayu, customers can more easily make payments, view routes, and plan journeys. Ayu stated that the Rp 12 fare is not only a form of appreciation but is also expected to increase public interest in using public transport while strengthening the digital ecosystem in Transjakarta services. “We also want to invite the public to increasingly utilise the conveniences of digital services through the TJ:Transjakarta app,” said Ayu.
