June 2026 Public Holiday List: National Holidays and Weekend Dates

The government has set the public holiday list for June 2026 through a Joint Decree (SKB) of Three Ministers concerning National Holidays and Communal Leave for 2026. According to the decree, two national holidays fall on working days, providing the public with opportunities to plan activities or take a break.

Referring to the official calendar, the June 2026 public holidays begin with Pancasila Day on Monday, 1 June 2026. This creates a long weekend for workers and students as it follows the weekend at the end of May.

According to the SKB of Three Ministers, there are no communal leave days scheduled for June 2026. Communal leave for 2026 is allocated only in February, March, May, and December.

Despite only two national holidays, the public can still make use of the June 2026 public holidays for productive activities or leisure. The Islamic New Year 1448 H on Tuesday, 16 June 2026, is also a key consideration for government and private institutions when scheduling work in mid-month.
