Batam (ANTARA) - Indonesia’s Minister of Law and Human Rights, Supratman Andi Agtas, targets the integration of all legal services into the “Pasti” application, ready for use by June 2026. Supratman explained that the “Pasti” application is a super app that integrates various public services within the Ministry of Law and Human Rights into a single digital platform. “The application can already be downloaded under the name ‘Pasti’. This is a super app for Ministry of Law and Human Rights services that will eventually encompass all services in one grasp,” he stated in Batam on Wednesday. He mentioned that the migration process from old services to the digital platform is being carried out gradually. “We target the completion of the entire service migration process in June. After that, the old system will be closed, and all services will switch to the new platform,” he said. “Our target is around 450 public services that can be accessed through this application,” Supratman added. In addition, the Ministry of Law and Human Rights is developing the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in the service verification process. “Verification will use AI so that the service process can be faster, even in seconds, as long as the data entered matches the prepared template,” he said. To date, the Ministry of Law and Human Rights has recorded approximately 2.5 million active business entities that have been registered and updated, consisting of limited liability companies, limited partnerships, firms, and civil partnerships. “We want this digitalisation to provide certainty, ease, and speed of service for the public,” Supratman stated.
