Junaidi Hisom Officially Takes Position as Chief Commissioner of Bank Mandiri Taspen

Jakarta – Junaidi Hisom has officially taken up his position as Independent Chief Commissioner of PT Bank Mandiri Taspen. The announcement was made through a public disclosure on Tuesday, 10 March 2026.

Junaidi successfully passed the Financial Services Authority’s (OJK) fit and proper test on 6 March 2026. The decision became effective from the date it was established.

“Junaidi Hisom, as candidate Independent Chief Commissioner of PT Bank Mandiri Taspen, is declared to meet the requirements to serve as Independent Chief Commissioner of PT Bank Mandiri Taspen,” stated Bank Mandiri Taspen’s management in the public disclosure.

Junaidi was appointed as Chief Commissioner of Bank Mandiri Taspen for the first time on 4 December 2025 through the General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS). His tenure runs until 4 December 2028.

The 67-year-old is an established figure in the banking industry.

Previously, Junaidi served as Independent Commissioner at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Lampung. He also held the position of Operational Director and Acting Director of Risk & Compliance at PT Bank BNI Syariah.

Additionally, Junaidi served as Chief of Advisory Board – GARUDHA (ESG Social & Creative Community) and as Chief Commissioner of PT Persona Prima Utama (BNI Swadharma Group).

His educational background includes a Master’s degree from Sriwijaya University and a Bachelor’s degree from IPWI School of Economics.
