Jumbo Transaction of IDR 18.27 T at ARCI, New Controller Enters
Two shareholders of gold mining issuer PT Archi Indonesia Tbk (ARCI) have conducted a jumbo transaction worth approximately IDR 18.27 trillion, involving the transfer of 16.6 billion shares on 23 June 2026. PT Rajawali Kapital Emas purchased 16,605,550,000 ARCI shares at an execution price of IDR 1,100 per share. The purpose of the transaction was cited as an internal restructuring or inter-affiliate transfer within the same group, according to an information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Prior to the transaction, PT Rajawali Kapital Emas held 4,504,200,000 shares, equivalent to 17.85% voting rights in ARCI. After the transaction, its ownership surged to 21,109,750,000 shares, representing 83.65% of voting rights. Meanwhile, PT Rajawali Corpora sold 16,605,550,000 ARCI shares at the same price and on the same date, reducing its ownership to zero. Following the news, ARCI’s shares fell 7.01% to IDR 995 as of 14:39 Western Indonesia Time today, with a market capitalisation of IDR 25.24 trillion.
