JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - A panel of judges has ordered the seizure of several assets belonging to the defendant, who is also the Beneficial Owner of PT Orbit Terminal Merak (PT OTM) and PT Jenggala Maritim Nusantara (PT JMN), Muhamad Kerry Adrianto Riza, to be forfeited to the state.

These assets include the Merak fuel terminal and several land plots owned by Kerry.

“The assets of PT Orbit Terminal Merak OTM consist of: one plot of land measuring 31,921 m² along with the buildings on it with land use right certificate SHGB number 119 in the name of PT Orbit Terminal Merak, Lebak Gede Village, Pulo Merak District, Cilegon City, Banten Province,” said the Chairman of the Panel of Judges, Fajar Kusuma Aji, during a hearing at the Jakarta Corruption Court, Friday (27/2/2026).

“One plot of land measuring 190,684 m² along with buildings or objects and goods that have economic value on it with land use right certificate SHGB number 32 in the name of PT Orbit Terminal Merak, Lebak Gede Village, Pulo Merak District, Cilegon City, Banten Province, with details of the buildings and assets on the land that are seized, for the sake of brevity, it is considered to be read up to the 22 data of facilities and infrastructure of SPBU 34.42414 and so on, confiscated for the state,” the judge continued.

For example, in an account at Bank BSI, the balance as of February 2, 2026, reached Rp 139.3 billion.

“Cash from the SPBU in the safe worth Rp 650.9 million, money in the SPBU account at Bank Mandiri account number 020601 worth Rp 356.1 million, confiscated for the state,” the judge added.

Furthermore, the judge also ordered several assets in the form of land owned by Kerry to be seized and forfeited to the state, including:

“With the provision that the assets belonging to the defendant that are seized will be calculated with the amount of financial losses to the state that must be paid by the defendant,” concluded Judge Fajar.

Kerry was sentenced to 15 years in prison and a fine of Rp 1 billion or 190 days in prison.

He was sentenced to pay compensation of Rp 2,905,420,300,854 or Rp 2.9 trillion, or 5 years in prison.

Meanwhile, Gading and Dimas were each sentenced to 13 years in prison with a fine of Rp 1 billion or 190 days in prison.

The judge was convinced that the lease of the fuel terminal belonging to PT OTM was an unlawful act.

This is because the fuel terminal was not an urgent need for PT Pertamina from the beginning.
