Juanda Airport Distributes 1,800 Souvenirs for National Customer Day
Sidoarjo, East Java - The management of Juanda International Airport distributed 1,800 free snacks and souvenirs to passengers in commemoration of National Customer Day on Friday.
Muhammad Tohir, General Manager of Juanda International Airport, stated that the activity serves as a form of appreciation and a gesture of gratitude to passengers who have entrusted their journeys to the airport.
“National Customer Day is a momentum for us to convey our appreciation directly to the users of Juanda International Airport,” said Toherm in Sidoarjo on Friday.
Tohir explained that the distribution of snacks and souvenirs took place in the waiting areas and check-in counters of Juanda International Airport, involving members of the management team and airport staff.
According to him, staff members greeted and interacted directly with passengers while distributing the gifts, resulting in a positive response from several passengers within the airport area.
He noted that the management of Juanda International Airport believes that service to passengers is not only related to operations, security, and comfort, but also to creating positive experiences through sincere attention and interaction.
Through this activity, Tohir hopes that the relationship with passengers will continue to improve, while simultaneously strengthening the commitment to providing safe, comfortable, friendly, and memorable services.
Meanwhile, a passenger named Bagus expressed his appreciation for the activity, noting that the approach taken by the Juanda International Airport management provided a positive surprise for users.
“A good surprise for customers; a good approach from the Juanda Airport management to passengers. I hope activities like this are held more frequently,” said Bagus.
