JSH instead of CKG

JSH instead of CKG

As an international airport, Soekarno-Hatta uses the three-
letter code CKG because it is situated in Cengkareng. Wouldn't it
be better to use, say, SKH or SHT?

Or to be analogous with LGW -- for London Gatwick -- Soekarno-
Hatta airport might use the code JSH, and JHP for Halim
Perdanakusuma.

As for the airport communications tower it might be more
appropriate to list its full name "Soekarno-Hatta Tower" instead
of the present nickname Suta Tower.
