JPM ensures mudik services on Pandaan-Malang toll road operate at maximum capacity
PT Jasamarga Pandaan Malang (JPM) ensures all services on the Pandaan-Malang toll road segment, including transaction facilities, traffic management, and rest area readiness, operate at maximum capacity during the 2026 Eid holiday exodus.
In Malang District, East Java, General Manager of Operations Muhammad Reza Pahlevi Guntur stated that superior service performance represents the company’s commitment to creating a comfortable atmosphere and safe conditions for all road users.
“We provide maximum service and response time to road users as one of our commitments,” Reza said.
PT JPM has also launched a one-call centre service at number 133, operating 24 hours daily. Travellers can utilise the Travoy 4.5 application if they require assistance or information regarding toll roads operated by the Jasamarga Group.
During the pre-Eid period, overall vehicle flow reached 231,328 vehicles, compared to 228,598 vehicles during normal traffic conditions.
PT JPM detailed vehicle flow developments at each toll gate on the Pandaan-Malang segment. At Purwodadi Toll Gate, inbound traffic to Malang increased 1.6 per cent, from 12,373 to 12,566 vehicles, whilst outbound traffic increased 0.6 per cent, from 12,812 to 12,889 vehicles.
Traffic increases also occurred at Lawang Toll Gate, with inbound traffic to Malang rising 9.8 per cent, from 11,907 to 13,070 vehicles, whilst outbound traffic increased 8.03 per cent, from 15,189 to 16,409 vehicles.
At Pakis Toll Gate, inbound traffic to Malang rose 7.24 per cent, from 13,624 to 14,611 vehicles, whilst outbound traffic increased 7.22 per cent, from 12,318 to 13,207 vehicles.
At Malang Toll Gate, inbound traffic increased 2.4 per cent, from 24,719 to 25,301 vehicles, whilst outbound traffic rose 0.3 per cent, from 21,839 to 21,906 vehicles.
Despite increased inbound and outbound traffic across most toll gates, overall traffic conditions remained smooth and flowing.
