- passport - check for requirements
- visa (business, - issue Visitor Registration
social or cultural) Certificate (SKPT)
- letter from sponsor - record in Foreign

Visitors Register

- hand over SKPT

- file copy of SKPT

Temporary residents

Foreigners Jakarta Population and Foreigners Subdistrict

Civil Registration Agency office

- Temporary Stay - accept and check submitted - pick up KIP - Accept documents:
Permit (KITAS) documents and SKSKP Passport, KITAS,
- passport and visa - issue visitors identity card - submit KIP IKTA, KIP and SKSKP
- Work permit (IKTA) (KIP) and certificate listing and SKSKP to - issue Residential
- Sponsorship letter family members (SKSKP) subdistrict office Registration

Certificate (SKKT)

- hand over KIP and SKSKP - pick up KIP & SKSKP - hand over SKKT

- file copy of KIP and SKSKP

Permanent residents

Foreigners Municipality Population and Subdistrict

Civil Registration Agency office

- Permanent Stay - Accept and check submitted - Issue family card (KK)
Permit (KITAP) documents
- Police Registration - Issue KIP - Issue ID card for those aged 17
Certificate (SKLD) - Issue SKSKP and above
- Residential guarantee - Hand over to applicants
- Work guarantee
- Moving notification
