fastens insignias to the newly elected governor of West
Kalimantan, H. Usman Ja'far (left), and his deputy, Laurentus
Herman, during their inauguration ceremony at the provincial
legislature. On behalf of President Megawati Soekarnoputri, Hari
swore-in Usman as the new West Kalimantan governor for the 2003
to 2008 period to replace Aspar Aswin.
