Article 14 (1): Public broadcasting institutions are corporate
bodies founded by the state, which are independent, neutral,
noncommercial and serving the public.

Article 14 (2): The public broadcasters are the Radio of the
Republic of Indonesia (RRI) and the Television of the Republic of
Indonesia (TVRI).

Article 15 (1): The operation of public broadcasters is funded
by:

a. broadcast fee

b. state budget and regional budget

c. public donation

d. advertisements

e. other legitimate fund raising programs

Article 15 (2): At the end of a fiscal year, the public
broadcasters must submit their financial reports that will be
audited by public accountants, the results of which will be
publicly announced.
