State-owned international telephone operator PT Indosat will offer a 25 percent discount for customers using the service of international direct dialing 001 during Idul Fitri, Christmas and New Year. The discount applies 24 hours during each of those national holidays -- Idul Fitri on Dec. 16 and 17, Christmas on Dec. 25 and New Year's Day on Jan. 1, 2002. --JP
