UNSOLD PROPERTIES: A row of double-storey terraced houses under construction in Kuala Lumpur. The value of unsold Malaysian properties rose to 29 billion ringgit (US$7.6 billion) last year, from 27 billion ringgit in 2001, with residential properties, mainly two-storey terraced houses and condominiums, accounting for the largest chunk, Malaysian Second Finance Minister Jamaluddin Jarjis said.
