Journeys of Six Trains from Bandung Regional Operations Cancelled Due to Bekasi Accident, Here is the List
PT KAI Regional Operations (Daop) 2 Bandung has confirmed that, as of now, six train journeys from Argo Parahyangan and KA Pangandaran have been cancelled following the accident incident at Bekasi Timur Station, West Java, on Monday night (27/4/2026). The collision between KA Argo Bromo Anggrek and KRL Commuter Line, which occurred at 20:52 WIB in the Daop 1 Jakarta area, has severed the main access for train routes to Jakarta and vice versa.
“KAI Daop 2 Bandung extends its deepest condolences for the operational incident that occurred in the Bekasi Timur area. We also extend our sincerest apologies to all affected parties, including Argo Parahyangan train passengers who have experienced travel disruptions,” said Manager of Public Relations for KAI Daop 2 Bandung, Kuswardojo, in Bandung, West Java, on Tuesday (28/4/2026).
Operational data from Daop 2 records the cancellation of train journeys to Jakarta as follows:
For Monday, 27 April 2026:
KA Parahyangan (139) route Bandung-Gambir, journey partially cancelled on the Karawang-Gambir section (temporarily held at Karawang).
KA Parahyangan (140) route Gambir-Bandung, journey partially cancelled on the Gambir-Karawang section.
On Tuesday, 28 April 2026:
KA Parahyangan (137) route Bandung-Gambir (fully cancelled).
KA Parahyangan (138) route Gambir-Bandung (fully cancelled).
KA Pangandaran (127) route Banjar-Gambir departing at 17:00 (fully cancelled).
KA Pangandaran (128) route Gambir-Banjar departing at 08:30 (fully cancelled).
Kuswardojo emphasised that his team is continuously coordinating intensively with Daop 1 Jakarta to restore operational conditions as quickly as possible.
The current main focus is to ensure optimal handling of affected passengers at departure stations.
“We are continuously coordinating with Daop 1 Jakarta to ensure optimal passenger handling. We urge passengers to follow the instructions of on-site officers,” he said.
