Journey of the Case of Former Inhutani V CEO Now Sentenced to 4 Years in Prison
Jakarta - The former Director of PT Inhutani V, Dicky Yuana Rady, has been sentenced to four years in prison for being proven to have received a bribe amounting to S$199,000 from Djunaidi Nur, Director of PT Paramitra Mulia Langgeng (PT PML), in a corruption case related to the cooperation in managing a forest area.
“In sentencing, the defendant is imposed with a prison term of four years and a fine of Rp 200 million, subsidiary 90 days,” stated the Chief Judge, Teddy Windiartono, while reading the verdict at the Jakarta Corruption Court on Thursday (9/4/2026).
In addition to receiving the bribe money, Dicky was also proven to have accepted a gift in the form of one red Jeep Rubicon vehicle.
Cash of S$189,000 and the Rubicon vehicle had previously been seized by KPK investigators.
In its verdict, the panel of judges ordered that both be confiscated and forfeited to restore state losses.
Meanwhile, Dicky’s act of receiving the bribe was deemed not to support the government’s programme to run a clean government free from corruption, collusion, and nepotism.
On the other hand, the mitigating factors were that Dicky had never been punished before and was cooperative during the trial.
Dicky’s actions were deemed to have violated Article 12 letter a or b in conjunction with Article 18 of the Corruption Eradication Law in conjunction with Article 127 Paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code.
Dicky was arrested by the KPK in a hand-catching operation (OTT) carried out on Wednesday (13/8/2025).
In this OTT, the KPK secured nine people: Dicky, Raffles as Commissioner of PT Inhutani V; Djunaidi as Director of PT Paramitra Mulia Langgeng (PT PML); Arvin as staff of PT PML; Joko from SB Group; and Sudirman from PT PML.
Then, one arrested in Bekasi was Aditya as licensing staff of SB Group.
Then, one person in Depok was Bakhrizal Bakri as former Director of PT INH, and one person in Bogor was Yuliana as former Director of PT Inhutani V.
Dicky, along with PT PML Director Djunaidi Nur and Djunaidi’s assistant, Aditya Simaputra, were designated as suspects one day later.
