Journalists register for Bali trials

DENPASAR: At least 10 foreign journalists from Australia,
Japan and Britain have registered to cover the Bali bomb trials.

Bali Police spokesman Adj. Sr. Comr. Y. Suyatmo said his
office would issue press cards to foreign and domestic
journalists covering the trials, scheduled to start in late
April.

At least 3,000 personnel will provide security during the
trials at the Nari Graha office building and the Denpasar
District Court.

Bali authorities recently agreed to provide two ID cards to
each television station covering the trials. --Antara
