Journalists receive conflict zone reporting training from Indonesian Air Force

Thirty journalists took part in a conflict zone reporting simulation at the headquarters of Brigade Parako 1, the Indonesian Air Force’s Rapid Reaction Corps (Korpasgat), in Halim Perdanakusuma, Jakarta, on Friday. On the second day of the workshop, participants engaged in close-quarters combat and patrol simulations designed to prepare them for assignments in conflict regions. During the exercises, Air Force personnel demonstrated techniques for protecting journalists, including escorting them and practising evasive manoeuvres such as taking cover.
