Jokowi's 3-Day Itinerary in Lampung: PSI Meetings, Cultural Parades, and MSME Visits

Former President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) will undertake a three-day visit to Lampung from 26 to 28 June to attend Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI) events and fulfil invitations from volunteers and the community. Relly Reagan, Chairman of the Nusantara Brigade, stated that his group would accompany Jokowi throughout his activities in Lampung. ‘We are the ones who invited him. But there are PSI activities at many points, so we will accompany all of them, except for internal events,’ Relly said when contacted on Thursday (25/6). On Friday (26/6), Jokowi is scheduled to attend a PSI Regional Coordination Meeting (Rakorda) in Mesuji. He is also scheduled to attend a PSI Rakorda in Tulang Bawang, followed by a Gajah Cultural Carnival Parade. On Saturday (27/6), Jokowi is scheduled to meet with traditional leaders of Lampung. He will also visit the Transmigration Museum and Bagelen Village. Additionally, Jokowi will visit MSMEs in Maliosewu and attend a volunteer event in Lampung. On the third day, Sunday (28/6), Jokowi is scheduled to attend a cultural parade, meet with MSMEs, and visit the Nurul Qodiri Islamic Boarding School. ‘There is a cultural event in East Lampung, then the boarding school, then Kota Gajah. In Kota Gajah, there is also an MSME event with community volunteers,’ Relly said.
