Jokowi Holds Reunion with UGM Classmates Ahead of Fake Diploma Trial

Former Indonesian President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) held a casual meeting with his classmates from the Faculty of Forestry at Gadjah Mada University (UGM) at his private residence in Sumber, Banjarsari District, Solo, Central Java, on Monday. The small reunion, involving around eight university friends, was conducted in a warm atmosphere.

Based on observations, Jokowi received the visit from his college friends at approximately 10:16 a.m. Western Indonesia Time. The gathering, which included a friend named Mulyono, was filled with warmth and laughter that could be heard from outside the house.

Jokowi acknowledged that a small reunion had taken place at his home. The meeting also served as preparation for himself and his classmates to attend a court session regarding accusations of a fake diploma, which is scheduled to be held at the East Jakarta District Court.
