Jokowi Confirms Recovery, Ready to Travel Nationwide

“Indeed, I have many invitations from regions to attend events from the public. I am now healthy and will attend these invitations,” Jokowi said at his residence in Sumber, Banjarsari.

Jokowi explained that, in addition to community visits, he would motivate the public. “And that is also for motivation,” he added.

Jokowi provided little comment when questioned whether the regional tours were preparations for the 2029 presidential election to support Gibran Rakabuming Raka, but reiterated the agenda was solely due to public invitations.

“There are invitations from the regions,” Jokowi stated briefly.

The former Solo mayor confirmed his health has improved, enabling him to resume full activities.

“Yes, like this. Done. Attending regional invitations means I’m ready. Yes, already ready. Insha’Allah, ready,” he added.
