Jokowi Arrives at Al-Bina Mosque in Senayan for Eid al-Fitr Prayer

President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo (Jokowi), and his wife, Iriana, arrived at Jami’ Al-Bina Mosque, Gelora Bung Karno (GBK), to perform the Eid al-Fitr prayer for 1447 H on Saturday (21/3).

Observations from CNNIndonesia.com indicate that Jokowi arrived by car at approximately 06:10 WIB. Jokowi was seen wearing a light brown koko shirt, a yellow sarong, and a black peci.

Upon reaching the mosque courtyard, Jokowi immediately entered the inner area of the mosque through the back door, accompanied by several Paspampres members.

It is known that the Eid al-Fitr prayer at Jami’ Al-Bina Mosque is scheduled to begin at 06:30 WIB.

Previously, Jokowi’s aide, Kompol Syarif Muhammad Fitriansyah, confirmed that Jokowi would perform the Eid al-Fitr prayer at Jami’ Al-Bina Mosque, Gelora Bung Karno (GBK).

“The gentleman will perform the Eid prayer at Jami’ Al-Bina Mosque, GBK,” he stated on Friday (20/3).

For information, President of the Republic of Indonesia Prabowo Subianto is scheduled to hold takbiran night in North Sumatra and perform the Eid al-Fitr prayer for 1447 H in Aceh.

Meanwhile, Vice President (Wapres) of the Republic of Indonesia Gibran Rakabuming Raka is scheduled to perform the Eid al-Fitr prayer for 1447 H at Istiqlal Mosque, Jakarta.
