JOKO AI: A New Solution for Network Configuration Automation
An AI agent named JOKO was introduced at the Iftar Dinner event with XLSmart for Business. The presence of this AI agent represents a strategic step that enables business actors to perform network configurations automatically and efficiently.
This AI agent from Hypernet Technologies is an acronym for Jaringan Operasional Kontrol Otomatis (Operational Network Control Automation). It is part of the Smart CPE (Customer Premises Equipment) solution. This technology integrates customer requests, artificial intelligence (AI), and infrastructure management to create an autonomous network management system.
As an intelligent system, JOKO is equipped with several standout features designed to meet daily technical needs, including:
One of the main selling points of JOKO AI is its ease of operation.
In a demo session, it was shown that customers no longer need to deal with complicated technical interfaces. Users simply provide commands in everyday language through the Telegram messaging app.
The message is then processed by the AI system and translated into technical network commands. Automatically, the system adjusts the customer’s router configuration without requiring time-consuming manual intervention.
For example, if internet traffic is high, JOKO can automatically upgrade bandwidth for a certain duration.
VP of Brand & Marketing at Hypernet Technologies, Oktaviani Handojo, emphasised that JOKO is not just a tool, but a business enabler capable of translating business needs into direct technical actions.
“Moving forward, Hypernet Technologies will continue to develop JOKO’s features and capabilities to meet the increasingly complex needs of business actors in Indonesia, while strengthening the role of technology as a business enabler,” said Oktaviani.
She added that the company is committed to delivering technology that is not only advanced but also relevant to the Indonesian market and easy to use.
By delegating repetitive technical tasks to JOKO, business actors are expected to focus more on their business development strategies.
